Germantown Kitchen

Inspired by the warmth and charm of English kitchens, this butter-yellow kitchen brought new life to an 1800s Germantown home. We wanted it to feel cozy and collected, sophisticated but still playful, capturing the look of a custom DeVol kitchen while working within a more approachable budget.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed to modernize the space without losing the character of the home. At the center is a custom island designed and built by our client’s daughter, adding a layer of history and meaning that made the kitchen feel even more personal.

Warm, charming, and a little unexpected, this remains one of our favorite kitchens we’ve created.
