HISTORIC HUDSON REVIVAL

This former two-family home had a disjointed layout that hid much of its original character. We transformed it back into a single-family home, reworking the layout while highlighting the original wood detailing and imperfections. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely modernized, creating a space that feels warm, collected, and refined; a balance of old and new.

A butter yellow kitchen we absolutely fell in love with. From the first render to the finished space, this one was such a joy to bring to life...and quickly became one of our favorites.

OLDE KINDERHOOK FARMHOUSE

Set in Columbia County countryside, this farmhouse sat vacant for over a decade. We restored the home while preserving its original character and connection to the surrounding landscape. Set on over three acres with original barns and silos, it’s now a warm, understated family home that feels rooted in its setting.

TIPPLE FARMHOUSE

The Little Ghent Manor is an 1800s farmhouse set on three acres in Hudson, NY. We removed years of modern updates to bring back the home’s original character, while introducing thoughtful contemporary elements throughout. The result is a relaxed, collected home designed for both the owners and their guests.

JAMES REVIVAL

The James Revival transformed a dated 1980s home into a playful, modern space with a softer, organic feel. We reworked each room with function in mind, including turning the former living room into a projector lounge. The result feels relaxed, unexpected, and distinctly its own.

THE SPRING HOUSE RESTORATION

The spring house had been very neglected throughout the years, but what still remained was the stunning original woodwork from the hands that built it in 1920. Underneath layers of laminate, paint, and carpet we revealed the most beautiful house, just a short walk from Warren st. in Hudson

THE ANCRAM GARAGE CONVERSION

The Ancram Garage Conversion transformed an existing garage into a warm, open family room. Exposed rafters and a pine-wrapped ceiling bring texture and character to the space, creating a relaxed extension of the home designed for gathering.
