OLDE KINDERHOOK FARMHOUSE
From abandoned to loved.
The Olde Kinderhook Farmhouse, built in the late 1800s, sat abandoned for nearly a decade before we began its restoration. With its stone foundation, original hardwood floors, and historic details, the home held a quiet beauty worth preserving. Set on a rustic golf course with silos, oak trees, and pond views, it offered the perfect backdrop for renewal.
We reimagined the farmhouse into a six-bedroom, three-bath retreat, expanding the kitchen with a full wall of windows overlooking the course and pond, and modernizing the bathrooms while keeping period charm intact. The result is a soulful blend of old and new—a home that feels both timeless and alive.
